TUTOR: Ana Polanšćak

CONTENT: Inq28 or Inquisitor 28 is a movement within the broader community of tabletop wargamers from the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Although initially related solely to the game called Inquisitor, today it is not defined by any particular system, but is recognized by the so-called 'grimdark' aesthetics to the hobby approach; an approach that emphasizes narrative, creating atmosphere, characters and world, while the rules serve only as a framework for the story. Instead of armies of tens to hundreds of anonymous figures, Inq28 deals with small personalized groups of characters: most notably the Inquisitors and their henchmen or the heretics and mutants they chase. The first two hour workshop will cover advanced converting - creation of unique Inq28 miniatures using parts from various kits and modelling putties (like Green Stuff etc). The attendees will be introduced to the tools, materials and various techniques involved in making both simple and complex conversions. The theoretical part will cover tips for planning, material purchases and purposeful builds of highly personalized miniatures so the attendees can avoid beginner's mistakes and raise their skill level.
The workshop will include:
- introduction to materials and tools for sculpting
- introduction to modelling techniques
- planning, sketching and reference
- demonstration

LANGUAGE: Croatian and English
